MO HIKE PRESENTATION RYLAN

     Prior to a regular meeting on January 18, 2006, of Bethel 15 of Sedalia, MO, a  HIKE presentation was made to 5-1/2 year old Rylan Sommer.

MO HIKE Presentation Lauren

Lauren Gelert was awarded her check on October 24, 2005 at a regular meeting of Bethel 44 in Ballwin, MO. This Bethel is only several miles away from where Lauren lives, but they were unaware of the recipient. The acting Honored Queen, Abby, presented the award. This young lady is 14 years old and they are hoping they can find Masonic relationship and get her in their Bethel. The family did seem interested.

NE HIKE Presentation Zackary

On November 10, 2005 at Bethel #33 of Omaha, NE 7 month old Zackary Kaluza was presented a HIKE award. The presentation was made by members of Bethel 33 and the Nebraska HIKE Committee in conjunction with a HIKE Ceremony. There were about 30 daughters and adults in attendance.

Grand Guardian of Nebraska, Judy W., stated "it has been a rewarding experience for our Bethels to make five presentations to these children. It certainly puts a face on the work that we are doing. We look forward to continue these presentations in the future."

NE HIKE Presentation Shawna

On November 9, 2005, in York, Nebraska, members of Bethel’s #19 of York, #79 of Geneva, #60 of Lincoln along with members of Nebraska’s HIKE Committee made a HIKE presentation to 12 year old Shawna Haynes. The presentation to Shawna was made in conjunction with a HIKE Ceremony. About 40 daughters and adults attended.

NE HIKE Presentation Jacob

Members of Bethel #79 of Geneva, NE and members of the Nebraska NIKE Committee presented 6 year old Jacob Johnson with his HIKE award on August 24, 2005. About 30 daughters and adults were present.

August 25 2005

In Lincoln, NE on August 25, 2005, members of Bethel #27 and the Nebraska HIKE committee presented 14 year old Amber Dittmer and 7 year old Alisha Dittmer with HIKE awards. There were about 55 daughters and adults present for the HIKE Ceremony.

COLORADO HIKE Presentation ISABELLA
October 2005


On October 10, 2005, at Highlands Masonic Lodge in Denver, CO, the Honored Queen and members of Bethel 2 presented 3 year old Isabella Hart a check from the HIKE Fund, Inc. The Colorado HIKE Choir performed two songs after the presentation and before Bethel 2's initiation. Isabella's father thanked everyone for their generosity.

COLORADO HIKE Presentation Kristina
October 2005


On October 29, 2005, the members of Bethel 23, Colorado Springs; Miss Colorado Job's Daughter, Jenna; and Grand Bethel Honored Queen and Daughter HIKE Coordinator Jessie presented Kristina Schneider, 14 years old, with a check from HIKE. She was also presented a HIKE bracelet. Kristina attends the school for the deaf in Colorado Springs, CO during the week and returns home to Firestone on the weekends. Her family was very grateful for the donation and promised to let us know how Kristina does with her new hearing aids.

COLORADO HIKE Presentation Kyra
October 2005


On October 3, 2005, at Weston Masonic Lodge in Littleton, CO, Beca made a presentation giving a brief history of HIKE. The Colorado HIKE Choir entertained the audience with three songs. Along with members of Bethel 33, Littleton, they made a presentation to 2-year old Kyra Dinkins. The Dinkins family thanked everyone for the donation and reminded us never to take our hearing for granted.
