North Carolina McKenna Slozer January 23

On January 23, 2007, at the Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital, NC, 7 year old McKenna Slozer received her pink hearing aids from Anne, the Doctor of Audiology. Her parents sent the following thank you for the aids.

"Words can’t express our gratitude for your generosity in awarding McKenna her new hearing aids. As you can see in the enclosed pictures, McKenna was extremely excited and we have already noticed a difference. On the very first day she noticed new sounds like the fan in the elevator at the doctors office and the sound of the refrigerator at home. McKenna was thrilled to have pink hearing aids and she wanted to send along her own thank you note. She drew hearing aids on her favorite princess Cinderella. Thank you again."

Note from McKenna: "Thank you. I love my hearing aids. Love, McKenna."
